Guildford Colonial Gaol Relaunch

In 2017, after five months of extensive renovations, the Guildford Colonial Gaol was officially re-opened for business.

Celia Miller, President of the Swan Guildford Historical Society welcomed guests.  The Curator of the Swan Guildford Historical Society then thanked the City of Swan for working on this important project.  The renovations should make the heritage building good for the next 100 years.

Councillor David Lucas, Deputy Mayor of the City of Swan and Pamela Statham Drew then unlocked the padlock on the Gaol door, announcing the newly renovated building was open!
